Adrenaline Instructor Mastery (AIM) Programme

The Adrenaline Instructor Mastery (AIM) Programme is an exclusive 36-month instructor development pathway for teenagers who want to go beyond training and become confident leaders, role models, and future instructors within Adrenaline Martial Arts.
This is not just a course — it is a mentorship journey.
Over three years, AIM students are personally guided through the skills, mindset, and leadership qualities required to teach, inspire, and lead others both inside and outside the Dojo.
The programme focuses on developing communication skills, discipline, responsibility, teamwork, emotional control, professionalism, and the ability to instruct with confidence and authority.
What the AIM Programme develops

Programme structure
The AIM Programme runs for 36 months and includes monthly mentor-led training sessions held on Tuesday evenings from 8:30pm–9:30pm at the Dry Drayton Dojo, alongside regular practical and leadership development within the Dojo.
Students receive structured progression, clear expectations, and continuous support throughout the programme. This is a long-term commitment to growth and excellence, not a short course.
The programme is open to teens and adults of all ages and grade with a true passion to become future Adrenaline Martial Arts Instructors.
