Little achievements.
A wonderful beginning.
A first kick. A steadier balance. The courage to try again. Lil’Dragons gives children the chance to explore new skills through movement, play and encouragement.
01
Confidence to try
Small, achievable challenges and positive encouragement help children practise having a go, listening and joining in.
02
Strong foundations
Simple Karate techniques, pad work and movement activities introduce balance, co-ordination and body control.
03
Time together
You take part alongside your child, sharing the little successes and helping them feel at home in the Dojo.
A CLASS YOU EXPERIENCE TOGETHER
By their side.
Every step of the way.

No Karate experience is needed. Wear something comfortable, bring a little enthusiasm and enjoy learning together.

It is a happy first step.

BEFORE THEIR FIRST CLASS
A few little
questions.
Trying something new is easier when you know what to expect.
Does a parent take part?
Yes. One parent or guardian joins in alongside their child, helping with simple partner activities and pad work. Our instructor leads the class and explains what to do.
Do either of us need Karate experience?
No. The programme is designed for complete beginners. Both you and your child can learn from the beginning together.
What should we wear to the free trial?
Comfortable clothing suitable for movement is ideal. The team will confirm what you both need before your trial; you do not need to buy a uniform to submit a trial request.
What happens if my child is shy?
Let us know when we speak to you. Children are encouraged gently and given time to become familiar with the class, with you alongside them.
My child is nearly three or already five. Can we join?
This programme is for children aged 3 and 4. Please contact the team about the most suitable class for a child outside that age range.
What happens after I request a trial?
Your request goes to the Adrenaline team. We will contact you to agree a Wednesday date and explain what to bring. Your place is not confirmed until the team has confirmed it with you.
What happens after the free trial?
The team will explain the programme, uniform and membership options so that you can decide whether to continue.
